I wanted to share some exciting updates about my business and personal journey
This year marks the beginning of a new chapter as I take a step toward expanding my education and business expertise.

I’ve accepted a position at Inspire Physical Therapy and Wellness.
What does this mean for my clients?
You’re welcome to follow me to this new location. I’ve worked closely with the team to create a service menu that will care for my clients in a way that feels similar to my private practice. The main things that will change are my booking link and schedule.
Will this allow you to receive the same level of care?
My top priority is always to provide the best care possible. Since I’ve established a specific style of service over the years, I’ll be bringing that expertise into this new practice. My goal is to maintain the same level of care—or even improve it.
What will my new schedule look like?
I’ll be available throughout the week, Monday through Saturday. You can book online or call the practice to get details about my availability.

How do I feel about this transition?
I’m very excited, but I won’t lie—it’s bittersweet to leave a practice I worked so hard to build. Along the way, I’ve learned that running your own business requires a clear vision of what you offer and who you want to serve. It took me a few years to figure that out, and over time I discovered that my real passion is clinical massage therapy—helping people feel better in a meaningful, lasting way, rather than just making them feel “good.”
This opportunity will help me grow my skills even further, and I’m looking forward to learning more about leadership and working as part of a team.
Final Thoughts
I want to thank all my clients from the bottom of my heart for supporting me on this journey. It has been an incredible ride, and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. This is just a new chapter as my personal life grows into a different stage. I haven’t accomplished all my dreams yet, and I still hope to run a successful practice again one day.
